Who we are
The history is the whole point.
FuegoAI grew out of a technology practice that has worked with Qatari government, semi-government and enterprise organisations since 2007.
We know how procurement works here, how governance committees think, and why technically sound systems still fail to get adopted. Almost none of the hard problems in an AI engagement are model problems.
So we start where the difficulty actually is: the decision that needs to get faster, the person whose numbers move when it does, and the language the work is genuinely conducted in. Then we build, measure against a baseline agreed up front, and hand it over documented.

None of these are difficult to say. They are only worth anything because we turn down work over them.
We say no
If a use case will not survive contact with your workflow, we say so at discovery rather than billing for a pilot that cannot succeed.
Arabic is not an add-on
Arabic language work is done in-house by the people who designed our evaluation standard, not sub-contracted at the end of a build.
Senior people do the work
The person in your discovery workshop is the person on your build. We stay small deliberately so that stays true.
Governance first
Data residency, auditability and model choice are design inputs in the first workshop, not discoveries in month nine.
